Artists will be chosen to perform on live stages based on the following criteria.
- Video performance – your video will be viewed by our panel and assessed on performance – the quality of the video will not affect our decision. The video will also be put forward for broadcast as part of the show!
- Experience – we will favour artists who have evidence of having performed in a live setting on previous ocassions.
- Original material – we are seeking to encourage the writing and creating of new music. Covers are still welcome, but we will favour originals.
- Live instruments – we welcome artists who use pre-bought instrumental backing tracks for performances on all of our broadcasts, but we will lean towards the playing of musical instruments in this instance. This criteria does not affect an artist where the backing track has been created by the artist themselves.
If you are chosen for one of our live Galaxyz Stages, we will notify you by 20th May 2022.
