Garageland in strategic partnership with Creative Ireland, and supported by RTE announces Garageland Galaxyz at Cruinniú na nÓg 11th June 2022, an unprecedented day of performances, activities and engagements for young musicians aged 12 to 19.
With live performances from music venues in Donegal (The RCC Letterkenny), Dublin (The National Concert Hall), Kerry (St Johns Listowel), Meath (Ashbourne Library), Tipperary (Rockwell Music Academy) and more TBC, we will also broadcast pre-recorded videos from young artists artists from their homes, youth clubs, schools. Special guests on Garageland productions are always a treat (last year we had Gavin James, Inhaler, Power of Dreams, Picturehouse, Fuzz Gigolo) and our music industry guests are always a must (last year we had Sheena Madden from Amplify PR, Edison Waters from Collective management, Paddy McPoland tour manager to Clannad, Billy McGuinness from Aslan)
If you are aged 12 – 19, in a band, musical group or a solo performer of any genre, and you’d like to take part, please email us at info@garageland.ie simply saying ‘YES Galaxyz’ and your County (YES Galaxyz/wicklow etc), and our team will be in contact.
In all cases, we will need to engage with parents/ guardian / appropriate adult.
