Congratulations on all the great work to all of the young artists and their friends who took part in Garageland Galaxyz 2024 all over Ireland. You all did yourselves very proud, and we would like to say a special thanks to all of the mammies, daddies, guardians, youth workers, relatives and friends that helped make this year’s event so very special. We will bring you the Highlights of all of our Garageland Galaxyz at Cruinniú na nÓg 24 events soon.

For now however, we must turn our attention in loving memory to Amelia Ferguson. My niece Suzi Mangan is a central part of the Garageland photography and video editing team, and Suzi’s daughter Amelia, alongside her little sister Poppy, opened our ‘Emotional Finale’ video in 2022. Tragically, Amelia passed away suddenly last week, while attending the Gaeltacht. Amelia loved music, and she played gigs and shows whenever she got the chance. This is the video that Amelia and Poppy opened. Amelia is on the left, with little sis Poppy on the right. They do a little Carpool Karaoke, they’re both very funny, singing the opening lines of Dream A Little Dream Of Me.

Our thoughts and love are with Suzi, Brian and Poppy, and all The Mangans, the Fergusons, the Lamberts and all of Amelia’s friends and families who loved her so much. Stay safe everybody, with lots of love from myself and all the Garageland Family. Dermot and Clara Lambert. XXX
