In the summer of 2006, five friends boarded a flight to LA with a 3 track demo and a dream…. The result was gigs in The Roxy, The Whiskey a Go Go and The Cat Club on the Sunset Strip, but more importantly this trip reaffirmed the bands passion, conviction and commitment to their chosen road.
June 7th sees the release of much anticipated debut album “Good to Be Alive” by Dublin based Rock band STILLROOM.
Recorded at Ashtown Studios by Tommy O’ Sullivan and mastered by Aidan Foley [ U2, The Foo Fighters and Van Morrison]. The album features 11 captivating tracks, all written by the band. They’ve enlisted filmmaker Anthony White to create a promo trailer for the album and filming for the first video to accompany the single ‘Rock n Roll o.f.o.’ has recently been completed.
